Run a wholesale sale

Wholesale lives in Sales Portal and WMS. Do not treat a wholesale quote or customer as a DTC Medusa order.

How it works

  1. 1Open Sales Portal → Onboarding.
  2. 2Choose an existing wholesale customer or enter the new business and buyer details.
  3. 3Confirm billing, mailing and notes before proceeding.

  1. 1Choose products from the live wholesale catalog.
  2. 2Review variants, planned quantities, price and availability.
  3. 3Create the wholesale quote/order and confirm it appears in Sales Portal → Orders.

  1. 1Open the linked outgoing shipment in WMS Admin.
  2. 2Pick, pack and ship from WMS.
  3. 3Return to Sales Portal to confirm the customer-facing wholesale record reflects the outcome.
