How it works

  • Find a DTC order or customer → Medusa Admin
  • Check payment, refund or order status → Medusa Admin
  • Pick, pack, ship or add tracking → WMS Admin
  • Investigate a delayed Medusa ↔ WMS handoff → DTC Manager → Operations
  • Find a wholesale customer or order → Sales Portal

  • Create the product identity, variant, SKU or barcode → WMS Admin → Catalog
  • Change customer-facing copy, SEO, recommendations or publication → DTC Manager → Products
  • Change homepage, collection, navigation, page or media presentation → DTC Manager → Storefront Editor
  • Confirm the executable Medusa product or price record → Medusa Admin
  • See exactly what shoppers see → Storefront

  • Receive, locate, count, move, damage or inspect a physical unit → WMS Admin
  • Check DTC available-to-sell or reservations → Medusa Admin → Inventory
  • Confirm a WMS-to-DTC allocation arrived → DTC Manager → Operations
  • Investigate a quantity disagreement → DTC Manager → Operations, then verify WMS and Medusa

  • Open another VaultStage app → Platform or the app switcher
  • See the team directory and current presence → Platform → Team
  • Missing access or the wrong role → contact a VaultStage administrator; do not share another person’s login
