DTC Manager

The control room for what shoppers see and for the reliable handoff between WMS, the Storefront and Medusa.

Open the app
Use this app for
  • Storefront copy, SEO, collections, homepage and publication
  • WMS catalog sync and DTC allocation evidence
  • Integration queues, retries, reconciliation and audit history
Do not use it for
  • Authoritative orders or customers
  • Capturing or refunding payments
  • Physical warehouse adjustments

How it works

  • Products: customer-facing copy, SEO, relationships, pricing presentation and publication
  • Storefront Editor: homepage, collections, navigation, pages, promotions and media
  • Operations: sync runs, allocations, reservation history, queue health and reconciliation
  • Audit: who changed, retried or repaired something
  • Settings: DTC-specific configuration and staff controls

Until VAU-147 ships, the navigation may still show Customers, Orders, Analytics and DTC Inventory.

  • Use Medusa Admin for Customers, Orders and real commerce state.
  • Use Medusa Admin for available-to-sell inventory and reservations.
  • Use DTC Operations for allocation and cross-system evidence—not as a second inventory ledger.

  1. 1Read the affected event, order or transfer identifier.
  2. 2Check which side last committed the work: WMS, DTC Manager or Medusa.
  3. 3Use the exact-item recovery action only after the underlying cause is understood.
  4. 4Confirm the queue clears and the destination state changes. A successful button click alone is not proof.
